Well, this is problematic.

Man it has been a while since I have been here and by god things have been going down hill of late.

Rumors about, confirmed Alicorn princess status for Twilight, Derpy canned in next season, and the one that most assuredly is the biggest rumor yet is drawing the most fear....humans in Equestria.....yeah, not sure if want.

the whole rumor behind the humans in Equestria bit is due to Hasbro trademarking the term Equestria Girls, which will apparently apply to dolls cloths and accessories, which points to the possibility of them making human toys to go along with the other branch, which strongly hints at them introducing humans into Friendship is Magic. This could possibly spell the end for the shows fanbase, for the dens minefield of mistakes and problems that will arise if they put this into effect in season four are just to many to avoid, unless the writers manage to pull something golden out of their asses that could make this idea work, this might just be the straw that breaks the camels back.

But hey, their is always light at the end of the tunnel, we still got the first three seasons to enjoy, even if the upcoming seasons degrade into skeletal remains of what the show once was. and also, we have talented artists, programmers, musicians, and writers, that can keep the original spirit of the fandom alive in fan fiction, games, and many other pieces of work. so yeah, the show for us may soon end, but the fandom and all the people in it shall never die out.

I just want to add that this is exactly what I was talking about a month or so ago, about how outside influence from company's or tv stations have the potential to ruin good shows, and this is exactly whats happening. By letting Hasbro exert more control over the show, the writers are allowing that outside influence to destroy it, which is extremely sad, for it shows that they didn't learn from the mistakes of the past generations of cartoons like Friendship is Magic. Hopefully the writers will be able to talk some sense into Hasbro before things get to dire, and if your a fan like me, pray in whatever way you choose that this isn't the final death throws of our great show, I know I will be.
